UNIGLORY, a subsidiary of Meghna Group; is a 100% export oriented RMG accessories (automated carton, polyester button, gum tape, hanger and poly bag) manufacturing company. The company is looking for competent candidates for following position:
Communicating with customers over phone and email.
Answering customer query on time.
Handling customer complaints and providing necessary solutions as per company policy.
Follow up communication for collections and documents.
Overseeing sales, promotions and other activities to achieve the target.
Proactive & committed to accomplish the objective that is defined by the department.

Experiences with related industry or Call Center is preferred.
Good communication skill in English and Bangla.
Able to write business letters.
Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
Should be good in interpersonal communications.
Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
